Recipes:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 oz rotini pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked
through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and dried oregano. Stir and bring to a simmer, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
Stir in the parmesan cheese and butter until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet, followed by the cooked rotini pasta. Toss everything to coat in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
