Zesty Lemon Feta Orzo with Broccoli & Crunchy Almonds

Description

1 baguette or Italian bread, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Arrange the bread pieces on the baking sheet and brush each with the garlic butter mixture.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the bread.
Top with sliced jalapeños.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
