2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)
¼ cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Crackers or toasted baguette slices, for serving
Directions:
In a food processor, blend the Brie and heavy cream until smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the whipped Brie to a serving dish and drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts, flaky sea salt, and fresh thyme leaves if using.
Serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
