Recipes:

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2-3 jalapeños, finely diced
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, diced jalapeños, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Scoop small spoonfuls of the cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press each mound down slightly to
form a round shape.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese has melted into crisp rounds.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro, if desired, and serve warm. Enjoy your spicy, cheesy snack!
