White Chocolate Cake Truffles
Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla cake crumbs
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
300g white chocolate, melted
Sprinkles and edible decorations (hearts, pearls, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cake Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until you achieve a dough-like consistency.
2. Shape the Truffles: Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Coat with White Chocolate: Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to remove the truffle and tap off any excess chocolate. Place it back on the parchment paper.
4. Decorate: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with decorations like sprinkles, pearls, or edible hearts.
5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the truffles for another 30 minutes until the chocolate is fully set. Serve chilled.
