Ingredients

1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup honey (plus extra for drizzling)
1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (toasted)
2 tbsp dried cranberries or cherries
Zest of 1 orange
1 orange wedge (for garnish)
Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
Sliced baguette or crackers (for serving)
Directions

Whip the Ricotta: In a medium bowl, whisk the ricotta until smooth and creamy. You can also use a food processor for a silkier texture.

Assemble the Dish: Spread the whipped ricotta onto a serving plate or shallow bowl. Drizzle generously with honey.

Top with Nuts and Fruit: Sprinkle the toasted nuts, dried cranberries, and orange zest over the ricotta.
