Description
For the Flatbread:
1 pre-made flatbread or pizza dough
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Maple Glaze:
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Brush the flatbread with olive oil and top with crumbled feta, cranberries, pecans, and red onion.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
While the flatbread bakes, prepare the maple glaze by whisking together maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and salt in a small bowl.
Once the flatbread is done, remove from the oven and drizzle the maple glaze over the top.
Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and savory!
