Vegetable Cream Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups
Colorful, Fresh, and Perfect for Snacks or Parties
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz (226 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup spinach or lettuce leaves
1 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Prepare the spread:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
2. Assemble the roll-ups:
Lay out a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
Place spinach or lettuce leaves over the spread.
Arrange thinly sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes in a single layer.
3. Roll and chill:
Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
4. Slice and serve:
Remove the plastic wrap and slice the tortilla rolls into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on a serving plate.
