2 cans garbanzo beans (14 oz each)
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice (3-4 limes)
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
4 jalapeños, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
2 avocados (optional)
