Valentine’s Oreo Truffles
Ingredients:
1 package (14 oz) Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz white chocolate, melted
Pink and heart-shaped sprinkles for decoration
Instructions:
1. Crush the Oreos: Use a food processor to finely crush the Oreo cookies into crumbs.
2. Mix with Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with cream cheese. Mix until well blended.
3. Shape the Truffles: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Chill: Refrigerate the Oreo balls for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
5. Coat with White Chocolate: Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Use a fork to lift and let the excess chocolate drip off.
6. Decorate: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the truffles with pink sprinkles or add heart-shaped decorations.
7. Chill Again: Place the decorated truffles back on the parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
8. Serve and Enjoy: These truffles are perfect for Valentine’s Day or as a sweet gift!
