Ultimate Cheesy Beef Burritos with Fries
A perfect blend of juicy beef, melted cheese, and bold flavors that will leave you craving more!
Ingredients:
For the Burritos
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup bell peppers, diced (red, yellow, and green)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
4 large tortillas
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup enchilada sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Fries
2 medium potatoes, sliced into fries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt to taste
For the Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp paprika
Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Cook the Filling:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add diced onions and cook until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Mix in diced bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Assemble the Burritos:
Spread a layer of enchilada sauce on each tortilla. Add the cooked beef mixture and top with shredded cheese. Roll tightly and set aside.
Grill the Burritos:
Heat a skillet or griddle and lightly oil it. Place the rolled burritos seam-side down and grill until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Fries:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sliced potatoes with vegetable oil and salt. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, and parsley.
Serve:
Slice the burritos in half, plate them with crispy fries, and add a side of dipping sauce. Enjoy!
