2 ½ cups elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
For the Topping:
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ cup cheddar cheese (extra for topping)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta: Boil elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
