For the Flatbread
1 lb store-bought or homemade flatbread dough
4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the flatbread dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Crumble goat cheese evenly across the dough, followed by the pomegranate seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until the flatbread is golden and crispy around the edges.
Drizzle honey over the flatbread as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
