Turkey Meatballs in Creamy Pumpkin Sage Sauce

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried sage

Directions:
1. Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown meatballs on all sides.
3. Remove meatballs. In the same skillet, add pumpkin puree, cream, broth, and sage. Stir and simmer.
4. Add meatballs back, cook until fully cooked.
