Description
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Honey Sriracha Glaze:
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic powder.
Remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and toss them in the honey Sriracha glaze.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize. Serve immediately and enjoy!
