This Turtle Cheesecake is everything you need for a deliciously sweet treat – creamy, rich, and topped with gooey caramel and crunchy pecans!

Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup caramel sauce
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips and pecans over the batter. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce.
Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips and pecans. Drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
