Taco Fries

Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix (or homemade)
1/4 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring until well combined. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Once fries are done, transfer them to a serving plate. Top with taco-seasoned beef.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef while still hot to melt.
Add sour cream, salsa, green onions, black olives, and diced tomatoes on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
