225g halloumi cheese
2 tbsp sweet chilli jam (or sauce)
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 scallion, sliced (optional)
2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut halloumi into 4 triangles.
2. Mix chilli jam and lime juice.
3. Cook halloumi in oil until golden.
4. Add sauce, toss, and cook for another 2 mins.
5. Garnish and serve immediately.
