Ingredients:
2–3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness.
Season ribs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and garlic.
Slow Cook the Ribs:
Place ribs in the crock pot.
Pour the sauce over the ribs and top with pineapple chunks.
Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
Optional Broil for Crispiness:
Transfer ribs to a baking sheet.
