Swedish Meatballs with Gravy

Savor every bite of these homemade Swedish meatballs smothered in luxurious gravy!

Ingredients:

400g beef mince
300g pork mince
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg white
1 small onion
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup double cream
1 tbsp olive oil
Steps:

Blend beef, pork, crumbs, egg white, and onion.
Roll into balls and fry in olive oil.
Heat chicken stock and double cream, stirring until thickened.
Add meatballs to the gravy for a final simmer.
