Recipes:

Surf and Turf Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
For the Steak and Shrimp:

1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cubed

1/2 lb (225g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pasta:

250g fettuccine

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine until al dente, drain, and set aside.

Sear the Steak
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and medium-rare. Remove and set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and minced garlic. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes, then whisk in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

Combine Everything
Toss the cooked fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated. Plate the pasta and top with the seared steak and shrimp.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm. A perfect combination of land and sea!

This Surf and Turf Alfredo Pasta is indulgent, flavorful, and sure to impress!
