1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the vinaigrette.
