Strawberry Swirl Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, mashed
¼ cup strawberry jam
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions. Once thickened, fold in mashed strawberries and swirl in strawberry jam for a marbled effect. Transfer to a container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
