Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled)

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/2 cup coconut milk (or your preferred milk)

1-2 tbsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)

1 cup ice cubes

For Garnish:

Fresh pineapple slice

Strawberry halves

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut the pineapple into chunks if using fresh pineapple.

2. Blend:

In a blender, combine strawberries, pineapple, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and ice cubes. Add honey if you prefer a sweeter smoothie.

3. Blend Until Smooth:

Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add more coconut milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

4. Serve:

Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a strawberry half on top for a tropical look.

5. Enjoy:

Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing tropical flavors!
