Strawberry Cream Crunch Cake
Ingredients:
For the Base:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the Cream Layer:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 package (250g) cream cheese, softened
For the Strawberry Layer:
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
For Garnish:
Whole strawberries
Whipped cream
Instructions:
1. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a baking dish and refrigerate to set.
2. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in softened cream cheese until smooth.
3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
4. Top with the remaining cream mixture and another layer of strawberries.
5. Garnish with whole strawberries and extra whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
