Steak with Creamy Pasta

This indulgent dish features perfectly cooked steak served with a creamy pasta, making it the ultimate comfort meal. It’s a great way to enjoy both steak and pasta in one satisfying dish!

Ingredients:
2 steaks (such as ribeye, filet mignon, or sirloin)

8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish

Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the steak: Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook to your desired level of doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Once cooked, remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.

Make the creamy sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens.

Add the Parmesan: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for a touch of brightness if desired.

Combine pasta and sauce: Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, ensuring it’s well-coated.

Serve: Slice the steak into strips and arrange it on top of the creamy pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley and additional black pepper.

Enjoy!

This steak with creamy pasta is a perfect blend of savory steak and indulgent pasta, making it an irresistible meal for any occasion!
