Steak & Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

A luxurious surf-and-turf pasta featuring tender steak, garlicky shrimp, and creamy Alfredo sauce over fettuccine!

Ingredients
For the Steak
1 ribeye or filet mignon (about 10 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt & black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
For the Shrimp
½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt & pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Alfredo Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt & pepper
For the Pasta
8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Boil water with 1 tbsp salt, then cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until crust forms.
Add butter, baste the steak, and rest before slicing.
Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic.
Add shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook 2 minutes per side.
Finish with lemon juice and remove from heat.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream, simmer for 3 minutes, then add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Stir until thick and creamy.
Assemble & Serve
Toss fettuccine in the Alfredo sauce.
Top with sliced steak and shrimp.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan.
