Steak & Shrimp Alfredo Pasta

This rich and indulgent surf & turf pasta is the perfect comfort dish! Featuring tender seared steak, juicy shrimp, and creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over buttery pasta. A restaurant-quality meal right at home!

Ingredients
For the Steak:
2 sirloin or ribeye steaks

Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter

For the Shrimp:
8-10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
For the Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Pasta:
12 oz spaghetti or fettuccine

Salt for boiling water
Instructions
Cook the Steak
Season steaks with salt & pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes per side (adjust for preferred doneness).
Add butter, baste the steaks, then remove and rest.
Sauté the Shrimp
In the same pan, add olive oil.
Season shrimp with salt, pepper & paprika.
Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes until thick and creamy.
Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta according to package instructions.
Drain and toss into the Alfredo sauce, coating well.
Assemble & Serve
Slice the steak into bite-sized pieces.
Plate the pasta, top with steak and shrimp.
Drizzle extra Alfredo sauce over and garnish with fresh parsley.
Perfect Pairing
Serve with garlic bread and a glass of Chardonnay or Cabernet Sauvignon!
