Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Sandwich
Ingredients
1 large bagel (plain or toasted)
4 oz cooked steak, thinly sliced
2 large eggs, scrambled
1 tbsp butter
2 slices cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sautéed onions
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: fresh chives, hot sauce
Directions
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the sliced steak and sauté for 1-2 minutes to heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until fluffy and cooked through.
Toast the bagel and place cheddar cheese slices on the bottom half. Top with the hot steak, scrambled eggs, and sautéed onions.
Add the top half of the bagel to complete the sandwich. Garnish with fresh chives or drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
Serve immediately while hot and melty!
