4 filet mignon steaks (about 6 oz each)
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Prepare the Steak:
Pat the steaks dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust cooking time to your desired doneness). Remove and let rest on a plate.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:
Reduce the heat to medium and melt the butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Combine:
