Steak and Shrimp in Creamy Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
3 filet mignon medallions
6 jumbo shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Sear the Steak:
Season filet mignon with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side (medium-rare), then set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
3. Make the Sauce:
Reduce the heat to medium. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Combine & Garnish:
Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, spoon the creamy sauce over them.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
