Ingredients:
2 steaks (your choice of cut, like ribeye or sirloin)

4 cups frozen French fries

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
Cook the Fries:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake according to package instructions, usually around 25-30 minutes, until crispy and golden.
Cook the Steak:

While the fries are baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the Dish:

Once the fries are cooked and crispy, remove them from the oven.
Place the fries on a serving plate, then top with the sliced steak pieces.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the steak and fries.
Melt the Cheese:

Return the plate to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
