Description
1 store-bought or homemade flatbread
1 tbsp olive oil
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
4 oz Camembert cheese, sliced
¼ cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp fresh thyme leaves
Pinch of sea salt
Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Arrange the pear slices evenly over the flatbread, followed by slices of Camembert cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with toasted pecans, drizzle with honey, and garnish with fresh thyme and a pinch of sea salt.
If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze for extra depth of flavor.
Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
