2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Coating:
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions until smooth.
Add chicken pieces to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Lightly drizzle the chicken bites with olive oil to ensure crispiness.
Place chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
