3-4 lbs chicken (thighs/drumsticks, skin removed)
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ cup flour
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 thyme sprigs
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup heavy cream
