S’mores Sushi

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
10 oz. mini marshmallows
5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Graham cracker crumbs for topping
1 cup melted white chocolate

Instructions:

Melt butter and marshmallows, stirring in Rice Krispies.
Spread onto a sheet, roll with graham crackers inside, and slice.
Drizzle white chocolate and sprinkle with graham crumbs.
Chill for 10 minutes and serve for a sweet crunch!
