Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
1 slice rye bread, toasted
½ avocado, mashed
4 strips smoked salmon
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp capers
Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions:
Toast the bread until crisp.
Spread Greek yogurt as a base.
Layer mashed avocado on top.
Arrange smoked salmon slices.
Drizzle with lemon juice and add capers.
Finish with a pinch of black pepper.
