Recipes:

Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup beef broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped

Fresh lemon juice, optional

Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Steak:

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:

In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add the beef broth to adjust the consistency if needed.
Combine:

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta, steak, and shrimp into the skillet. Toss everything together until evenly coated with the creamy sauce. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:

Plate the pasta and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. For extra flavor, squeeze some lemon juice over the top before serving. Enjoy!
This hearty dish is a perfect combination of savory steak and shrimp with a creamy Alfredo sauce, making it a luxurious yet comforting meal.
