Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna
Ingredients:
12 lasagna sheets
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook Lasagna Sheets: Boil the lasagna sheets according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Prepare Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
4. Assemble Lasagna: In a greased baking dish, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce. Add a layer of lasagna sheets, followed by ricotta cheese, shrimp, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
6. Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
