Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 large eggs (scrambled)
1/2 lb cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp dried thyme (optional garnish)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough onto a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Prepare the eggs: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Scramble the eggs until just set. Set aside.
Assemble the pizza: Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella over the pizza dough. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the cheese layer.
Add sausage: Scatter the cooked, crumbled sausage over the eggs. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake: Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
