½ tsp granulated sugar
½ cup cold unsalted butter
3-4 tbsp ice water
1 cup granulated sugar
¼ cup water
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup unsalted butter
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 ½ cups pecan halves
Directions:
