Rustic Cranberry, Pecan & Feta Flatbread with Maple Glaze

Description

1 lb ground turkey
½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for baking sheet)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, ricotta cheese, Parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, oregano, basil, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until
just combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs (about 1½ inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C).
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite marinara sauce or pasta!
