2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2-3 jalapeños, sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Stir in the shredded chicken until fully coated.
Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and sliced jalapeños.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
