Ingredients

For the Red Velvet Layer:

1 box red velvet cake mix (prepared according to package instructions)
For the Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream
For the Topping:

Fresh raspberries
Whipped cream
Directions

Prepare the red velvet cake layer by following the package instructions. Bake in a 9×13 pan and let it cool completely.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
Spread the cheesecake layer evenly over the cooled red velvet cake.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until the cheesecake layer is firm.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and whipped cream before serving.
