Quick and Easy Cheesy Meatloaf
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup tomato sauce (or ketchup)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until combined.
Shape into a loaf and place on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the top.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve with a fresh salad or mashed potatoes!
