Pomegranate and Pecan Baked Brie
Ingredients
1 (8 oz) wheel of Brie cheese
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Directions
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the Brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small oven-safe dish.
Bake the Brie: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey inside.
Top with goodness: Remove from the oven and immediately top with pomegranate arils, chopped pecans, a drizzle of honey, and balsamic glaze.
Serve: Serve warm with crackers, crostini, or sliced apples for dipping.
