Pineapple Paradise Cake
Ingredients:
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juices)
1 box angel food cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) box pistachio pudding mix
1 tub whipped topping
¼ cup chopped pistachios
Instructions:
Baking the Cake
: Stir cake mix and pineapple together, pour into a greased pan, and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
Pistachio Layer
: Blend pudding with half the whipped topping and spread it on top of the cake.
Garnish & Serve
: Add the remaining whipped topping and pistachios before slicing.
