1/3 cup pesto
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup half and half or heavy cream
1/3 cup vegetable or chicken broth
16 oz potato gnocchi
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt, to taste
1/2 tsp pepper, to taste
Optional: fresh basil, extra parmesan for garnish

Directions:
1. Sauté pesto and garlic in a skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.
2. Add broth, cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in gnocchi.
3. Cover and cook for 5 mins, then uncover and cook for another 3-4 mins.
4. Stir in parmesan, season, and serve.
