Combine the best of Italian comfort foods with this delicious Pepperoni Pizza Ravioli Bake! Creamy cheese-filled ravioli topped with tangy marinara, gooey mozzarella, and crispy pepperoni—this is a family favorite that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
1 lb cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
12-15 slices of pepperoni
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Ravioli:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Assemble the Bake:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom. Arrange the cooked ravioli in an even layer. Top with the remaining marinara sauce, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
Add the Pepperoni:
Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese, ensuring even coverage. For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of black pepper or Italian seasoning.
Bake:
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. For a golden finish, broil on high for 1-2 minutes.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot!
Enjoy!
