Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients

2 cans (16 oz total) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
Directions

Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or baking dish with nonstick spray.

Prepare the Dough: Cut the biscuit dough into quarters. In a large bowl, toss the dough pieces with melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the Parmesan cheese.

Assemble the Bread: Layer the seasoned biscuit dough into the bundt pan, adding shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices between the layers. Continue until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle the top with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the bread is golden and cooked through. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a plate.

Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy the cheesy, pepperoni goodness!
